Situation before the contract and client requirements
The client was facing high district heating costs and was planning an expansion of the production area that would further raise expenses.
The client wanted to reduce energy expenses and become energy independent, while ensuring the complete safety of the company’s employees as well as the reliability of the heating system.
Resalta solution
Two new natural gas boilers of 500 kW each were installed, with all the necessary features for optimal boiler room performance.
Resalta also installed gas lines, divides and a fire protection system. The boiler efficiency is 95%.
Resalta sells heat energy to client, monitors the system through its central control system (web access) in real time and operates and maintains the boiler room.
