In 1971, the first 'FAI DA TE' concept was born in Turin, stemming from the French term 'bricolage,' focusing on woodworking. Since then, individuals in Turin have had the opportunity, regardless of their professional background, to construct small furniture pieces, shelves, frames, and wooden fixtures.
In 2003, BRICO HOLZ SERVICE SRL was established in Alba Iulia. Drawing upon 40 years of creativity and expertise, the company developed numerous innovative products. Notably, in 2015, they introduced the solid fir door with reversible mounting on both sides and the sliding fir door, catering to large retailers.
Presently, BRICO HOLZ SERVICE SRL operates from its own production facilities spanning an area of 6000 square meters, employing 35 dedicated professionals.
Driven by a commitment to green energy and the reduction of carbon emissions and monthly electricity costs, BRICO HOLZ SERVICE SRL partnered with Resalta. This collaboration resulted in the installation of a 399.6 kWp ground-mounted PowerPlant. As a result, they now benefit from 492 MWh/year of green energy production, leading to a reduction of 241 tons/year in CO2 emissions.
The PowerPlant was successfully implemented and operational since oktober 2023
