Situation before the contract and client requirements
The hotel was facing high energy expenses and an obsolete heating system that needed to be renovated; it needed to operate without interruptions.
The client was looking for a contracting partner with experience in energy solutions and financing.
Resalta solution
Resalta undertook a hydraulic reconstruction of the existing boiler room and installed a reversible heat pump sea water/water. This was connected to the existing pumping station and in addition new pipe connections were installed between the heat pump and the boiler room.
Resalta signed a contract for the energy supply of cooling and heating energy to the client.
