The client was using an old inefficient chiller as a cooling source for the hotel, which requires 650 MWh of cooling energy annually.
The client wanted the highest possible level of savings.

Analysis of the current cooling system and preparation of energy efficient solutions – installation of an air-cooled chiller with the highest possible EER (energy efficiency ratio).
Resalta provided an environmentally friendly cooling media (R410a).
The new chiller had to fit into the building’s space limitations.
